The code navigation feature in the cheapest Visual Studio Professional 2017 RC key has been significantly improved.
The "Go to" function (Ctrl + or Ctrl + T) allows you to quickly find and move to files, types, methods, and other elements in your code. Can be directly transferred to any type of project required, even in the larger basic code can be achieved. In addition, if you know the type of items to find, you can easily filter.

By switching the Save Results button in the toolbar, the next call to Find All References will populate the new window with the reference result. With this operation, the current result can be retained in the existing window.
The structure guides are now drawn in the editor so that you can easily visualize the structure of the code being processed. When the mouse hovers, a tooltip is displayed that contains the context of the current block of code (relative to its parent). The structure reference line currently supports C #, Visual Basic and XAML files, and any files supported by the TextMate syntax. You can disable this feature in the Tools Options dialog box by unchecking the Show Structure Guides check box under the Text Editor> General category.
EditorConfig support

New extensibility format
With the new installer technology in Visual Studio Professional 2017 key sale, users have better control over the installed tools. Some users may only install the core Visual Studio editor, while others may install several workloads. Now, the extension author can specify the individual components required for the extension in the manifest to ensure that the necessary functionality for the extension is installed.
If the extension is not generated using the new VSIX format, the user will receive a warning when attempting to install the extension. The old VSIX format does not specify the prerequisites for the implementation, so the format may not work properly when the Visual Studio 2017 RC does not have these prerequisites. The new VSIX format is backward compatible and applies to Visual Studio 2012 and all previous versions.
Updated the VSIX Inventory Designer to reflect changes to the list. In the Prerequisites tab, the extension developer can find a list of installed components that are specified as extended prerequisites.
